1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7777d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 7777d platform available at 7777d.ws, licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the 7777d website at 7777d.ws, including all games, betting markets, account management features, payment interfaces, and any associated mobile-optimised experiences.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7777d Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native currency of all 7777d accounts.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Player's 7777d Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Credits" means any non-withdrawable promotional funds, free spins, or incentive credits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from it become withdrawable as real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring a Player to submit valid CNIC documentation before withdrawals are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed by a Player on their own Account preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7777d. By completing the account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside 7777d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 7777d.

7777d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a 7777d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement enforced through CNIC-based identity verification. 7777d will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to open or operate an Account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 7777d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 7777d Platform or any other gaming platform under a cross-operator exclusion scheme that covers 7777d.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or a CNIC number belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

7777d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7777d Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

7777d strongly recommends that all Players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
• Log out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Review active sessions regularly from your Account management panel and terminate any unrecognised sessions immediately.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your Account to 7777d support without delay.

7777d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 7777d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All bets and transactions placed through your Account — whether or not you personally placed them — are your responsibility. 7777d is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 7777d Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7777d supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered JazzCash mobile wallet numbers.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered EasyPaisa mobile wallet numbers.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. 7777d does not impose deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may levy its own transaction charges for which 7777d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders are processed within 20 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required. 7777d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

7777d reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your Account Balance where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7777d will notify you and provide an opportunity to respond before any Account action is taken.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 7777d Platform across all verticals, including cricket and sports betting, live dealer casino, slots, virtual casino, and live game shows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where 7777d determines that a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by product, promotion, and account tier.
• 7777d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the result of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play cricket betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match interruptions, DLS calculations, or data feed delays. 7777d is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.
• All 7777d casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and compliance with the Platform's international gaming licence requirements.
• Live dealer game results as recorded by 7777d's system logs are final. Where a technical malfunction disrupts a live dealer game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to Players' Balances.
• 7777d does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets on the Platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7777d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus Credits are separate from real-money Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms presented at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 7777d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time where it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — 7777d may void all Bonus Credits, reverse any withdrawals made on the basis of bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the Account.
• Bonus Credits cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no monetary value outside of the specific promotional mechanics for which they were issued.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime including fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to place bets on sports markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7777d support staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

7777d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem rather than a form of entertainment. The following tools are available free of charge to all 7777d Account holders from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the stated duration. 7777d will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any duplicate accounts held by a self-excluded Player.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777d Platform — including but not limited to the 7777d brand name and logo, website design, user interface layouts, game graphics, text, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7777d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from 7777d.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any data from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use the 7777d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7777d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet connectivity interruption, or device malfunction on your end.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside 7777d's reasonable control.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider's systems.
• Any financial loss arising from your voluntary decision to gamble on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7777d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

7777d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept 7777d's Privacy Policy.

In summary, 7777d collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account securely, process financial transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 7777d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments to These Terms

7777d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7777d will provide reasonable advance notice to active Account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance by contacting 7777d support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 7777d support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. 7777d will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute relates specifically to the outcome of a game or sports bet, 7777d's system records shall be treated as the definitive and conclusive reference point.

Dispute claims relating to specific bets or game outcomes must be submitted to 7777d support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.
